Responsible for monitoring an reporting CRA performance in assigned markets of Dayton, Columbus & Cincinnati, Ohio. Acted as the primary liaison with community leaders & organizations and governmental agencies. Served on Dayton District management team and administered the District’s foundation grants and sponsorship program.

Primarily responsible for driving Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) qualified economic development growth in the Ohio markets of Dayton, Cincinnati & Columbus, and in Indianapolis & South Bend, Indiana. The Department consisted of three divisions: Community Relations & Outreach; Economic Development, and Residential Mortgage Lending. All focused on exceeding CRA performance objectives and achieving "Outstanding" CRA Exam Ratings. Each market was structured with a team consisting of a Mortgage Originator, Commercial Lender and Outreach Officer. Responsible for directly managing the Commercial Lenders, but also had dotted-line management oversight for the Outreach Officers and Mortgage Originators.
