WORK EXPERIENCEHave many years experience within the electrical industrial environment. Specialise in trouble shooting, breakdown maintenance, machine repairs, machine rebuilds and design and building of one off specialised production machines. Have 11kVV switching authorisation, and have done maintenance and switching on 11kV networks. Have done a vast maintenance and repairs to transformers, VT, CT and 11kV switchgear. Am conversant with regards to auto cad drawing for electrical and mechanical drawing as well drawing up and design of LV and MV electrical networks.Have stripped down Seecor blow moulding machines to basic frame, cleaned, re-sprayed and then rebuilt the machine completely. This work involved the complete electrical system, hydraulic packs, HMI and the PLC program. Have re-designed and installed PLC controlled Parison programmers on the blow moulding machines, to get away from the old Impulse Electronic Parison Programmers. Have repaired a number of electronic cards, e.g.: impulse parison programmers PCB to component level.Have been widely involved in the energy management of the power utilities within factories, and have made vast in roads in savings in electricity, water usage, boiler fuel usage, and economising of chillier plant energy consumptions. Have installed, maintained electrical energy meters, and have setup the RS422 to IP network for communication to power watch for the monthly profile and billing of factory usage. Have reduced HFO fuel consumption on rotary cup 10 ton boilers by adding in a water injection system, which injects a fine jet of water into the boiler fuel to assist in get a fuel saving and better fuel burn on boilers.Have been involved with the design and implementation of an Adroit Scada monitoring and control systems, for the monitoring of the production output from the Blow Moulding machines, Maquire material feeding systems and the monitoring of the compressor pressures, chillier water temperatures.
