Responsible for ensuring vibrant, commercial and inspiring shopping space that delights customers by setting exceptional and consistent merchandising standards and by improving the product offer. Ensuring a culture of outstanding customer service and that focus is maintained and the business priorities are clearly communicated, consistently measured and always delivered.

Lead a number of project initiatives to align the HMV Ireland retail offer to the HMV UK retail offer. Worked with the 26 store managers, operations teams and product teams to establish processes and systems to improve the commercial offer and operational excellence of the stores. Manage the opening and integration of 5 new stores ( Zavvi takeover) and ensure the store teams in these stores had the training and development to manage a HMV store.
