Senior Principal Engineer
CurrentWithin Cannon's Public Infrastructure department, I provide program and project management, as well as oversee master planning, preparation of reports and studies, and design of site development projects. I have experience working with municipal, industrial, commercial, and military facilities involving water supply, transmission, storage, and distribution systems; drainage and flood control systems; wastewater collection and pumping systems; and construction administration, inspection, and start-up. These projects have included new construction and upgrades to existing facilities. I have extensive experience with the permitting process through the California Department of Public Health and the California Regional Water Control Board. I pride myself on staying abreast of industry trends and regulations by attending meetings of the Southern California Water Utilities Association and AWWA.
