Because of my many years of leadership of IPC committees including the Fabrication committee, Drilling committee, plating committee, imaging committee and environmental committee I was given lifetime membership on the Technical Advisory Executive which reviews IPC committee activities.

As VP Quality I use my Management Systems experience to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage continual improvement of our team. Strokes"R"Us is all about improving stroke patient out come.

As a Master IPC Trainer I am qualified to Certify other trainers to the IPC Acceptability and Workmanship Standards.

As Director of Quality I was responsibe for Quality Systems maintenance. Maintaining AS9100 Certification as they prepared to go from Rev B to Rev C. Maintaining MIL-PRF-31032 and MIL-55110 approval. I continue to do IPC-A-600 training at Global. I have also done Internal Auditor training and Internal Audits at Global since leaving.

As Director of Quality at One Source Group I was able to lead both the Circiut Board Manufacturing facility (Eagle Circuits and the Circuit Assembly facility (EM Solutions now OSG) to their initial ISO9001 Certification. I continue to be involved with OSG by contracting to do their Internal Audits.

I lead H-R Industries, Inc to their initial ISO9001 Certification, Initial ISO1400 Certification and after being involved in the building of a new factory in Bonham Texas form facility construction through start up got the new factory both ISO 9001 and ISO 1400 Certified.
