Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing the financial reporting of over 16 million square feet of commercial real estate. This includes managing the related disciplines overseeing, building operations, tenant relations, project management, budgeting, lease administration, accounts receivable, accounting and financial reporting. - Asset Manager overseeing all facets of the building operations including but not limited to code compliance, internal controls, preventative maintenance, labor costs, capital expenditures, project management, budgets, leasing oversight and repositioning of assets.- Accountable for our corporate and property management group’s technology business planning and implementation. - Cost accounting analysis of operating budgets and revenue to identify opportunities to streamline processes and operating costs, and increase margins for a broad spectrum of clients, as well as, internally for our own organization. - Responsible for banking relations, cash flow, financial statements and investment strategies.- Oversaw corporate and property payroll, benefits and insurance.- Key clients included Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, AEW, Coty, Aegon and Stahl Real Estate
