Develop, test, and deliver Link 16 network designs that meet the requirements of the Fleet, the joint U.S. forces, and coalition partner nations. Ex. Worked with platforms, DARPA, JICOs and the USAF NDF to develop and deliver the Northern Edge 21 exercise Link 16 Network Design. Designed Link 16 networks in support of NIFC-CA testing, JSOW C1 testing, Submarine TTR integration, and CMN-4 testing for Switzerland.· Maintain close working relationships with the Joint Service NDFs, coalition partners, JICOS, and program offices to ensure worldwide Link 16 interoperability with USN Platforms. Ex. Facilitated the transition of the naval fleet and FMS partner nations to modernized Link 16 terminals by researching and implementing baseline terminal settings, and creating test networks to ensure Link 16 Initialization Data Loads are optimized for their platforms.· Research, update, and maintain the baseline Link 16 settings for various platforms · Give presentations, provide informational assistance, and travel in support of various Advanced Tactical Data Link (ATDL) efforts worldwide· Ensure the Joint Network Design Aid (JNDA) supports new Link 16 capabilities by participating in IPT meetings, creating and evaluating Software Product Change Requests (SPCRs), testing, and by communicating with the program offices of the Navy's Link 16 platforms to ensure JNDA products are able to support all naval Link 16 platforms. In particular, worked to get the JNDA contention access calculator updated to account for CMN-4, allowing networks to be tailored to specific missions and capabilities.· Wrote technical, detail oriented, and peer reviewed white papers on such topics as Link 16 Cryptomodes, Partitioned Variable Mode (PVM) and Relay, and Link 16 Enhanced Throughput (LET) implementation· Developed the multi-week joint Link 16 Network Design instruction course, and presented the course to Network Designers around the world

Provided assistance, such as hardware support, software support, configuration support and troubleshooting in order to ensure the highest in customer satisfaction to all CTB customers· Trained Operations staff in the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of Link 16 hardware and the Link 16 network· Setup various test configuration architectures on a daily basis for ongoing projects such as CLIP, C2PAT, and CDLMS IV&V, as well as various test events that operated in the CTB· Performed MIDS LVT installations, testing, training, and support for Japanese Self Defense Force (JSDF) on site at various JSDF installations· Provided Mini-Rack/Terminal support for Korean KDX-III Multi-Link Operations training course onboard ship in Korea· Assisted the Coast Guard JFX Team Lead in the initiative to install Link-11 via JFX on board U.S. Coast Guard cutters; developed and conducted the SOVT and Training for the USCG Bertholf, the first cutter to receive the JXF/Link-11· Travelled to Hungary to perform Link-16 training to the pilots of SAAB Gripen jets· Travelled to various sites in Taiwan to troubleshoot terminal hardware issues, in particular the MIDS LVT and MOS terminals as a member of the Taiwan PoSheng Development Test (DT) team· Supported the training of Link 11 to the Taiwan military as a member of the PoSheng Beyond Line Of Site (BLOS) Instruction Team
