CACI lead, providing guidance and direction for all Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) related activities for Fort Monmouth Team, relocating Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Laboratories to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. Responsible for concept development, budgeting, coordinating and executing all CACI and sub-contractor tasks in support of the relocation of I2WD from Fort Monmouth, NJ to APG, MD. These tasks include, but are not limited to, managing over 10 million dollars in the design, budgeting and execution of building renovations to include IT modifications, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; the design and installation of over 2 million dollars worth of conference and VTC capabilities in 15 locations in several buildings; the planning, coordinating, budgeting and execution of all transportation assets from Fort Monmouth to APG; the planning, coordinating, and execution of all personnel support related to the task. Review plans, coordinate, synchronize and manage CACI and subcontractor personnel engaged in a myriad of activities at multiple locations. These activities include IT support, loading/unloading, movement, reconstitution, testing and calibration of all I2WD laboratories, chambers, technical activities and miscellaneous equipment. Develop concepts for relocation from the “trail boss” perspective. Establish and alter management structure as necessary to effectively direct program/technical support activities. Confer with appropriate Government management officials regarding the status of specific contractor program/technical activities to resolve issues, problems or conflicts before they impact execution.

Served as the Senior Officer and team leader of a Battle Command Training Brigade (BCTB) located at three separate geographical locations. As Project Manager planned, budgeted, constructed and documented a Joint Operations center for Battle Simulation operations including IT, security, and logistics.Instituted manpower, personnel and training in the functional areas of management, planning, organizing, coordinating and directing. Knowledge management operations (manpower, money, material, facilities and services) needed to establish the support plan for assigned systems and equipment.Responsible for formulating Military and contractor support requirements and ensuring the necessary action was taken to obtain this support. Developed initial ILS plans for assigned systems and oversaw the development of other logistics planning documents by the Military and/or contractor organizations. Provided technical oversight of ILS programs and assigned equipment development, production, modification and/or integration. Ensured that MANPRINT (manpower and personnel integration) concerns were addressed in all aspects of logistics planning and execution.Exercised knowledge of DOD and DA logistics acquisition programming, supply, maintenance and training procedures, together with practical knowledge of the operational, functional and technical characteristics of assigned systems. Coordinated logistical requirements for studies in conjunction with other commands, agencies and DA/DOD staffs to affect maximum supportability and distribution IAW directed priorities. Familiar with Logistics Support Analysis doctrine, regulations, policies, procedures and related ILS elements including consideration support concepts and functional areas of logistics (maintenance, supply, transportation and facilities) in order to define, develop, acquire, test and deploy logistics support resources as an integral part of the material acquisition process, throughout life cycle systems.

Led all Brigade operations in support of its Global War on Terrorism mission to mobilize and deploy training teams to conduct BCST training for mobilizing Reserve and National Guard Units in the eastern United States.Provided Operations, Plans and Training Management in support of the Brigade’s mission to conduct command post exercises and pre/post mobilization training of U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard units. Planned, coordinated, and executed Training Management exercises/operations throughout 14 states.
