Review plans, coordinate, synchronize and manage CACI and subcontractor personnel engaged in a myriad of activities at multiple locations. These activities include IT support, loading/unloading, movement, reconstitution, testing and calibration of all I2WD laboratories, chambers, technical activities and miscellaneous equipment. Develop concepts for relocation from the “trail boss” perspective. Establish and alter management structure as necessary to effectively direct program/technical support activities. Confer with appropriate Government management officials regarding the status of specific contractor program/technical activities to resolve issues, problems or conflicts before they impact execution.
