Since 1989 I have served in various leadership roles with churches (mega, medium, and micro), denominations, and mission organizations. I enjoy helping church, denominational, and missional leaders, navigate seasons of change and times of transition. I am passionate about equipping individuals for their life's calling and believe everyone has something valuable to contribute to God's mission. Currently, I lead a church in Brisbane with my wife Nikki, who is a pastor and author. I love working collaboratively with other leaders to see greater outcomes. As a result, I am committed to a few other roles. I co-pioneered and now co-lead a city-wide unity movement called Thrive Brisbane, that gathers leaders from various denominations and organizations to work together for the welfare of Brisbane city. Furthermore, I enjoy serving as Lead Catalyst for Micro Movements which supports, encourages, and equips leaders who are developing smaller, simpler, and contextual ways of making disciples. I also servis gratis as a member of the Advisory Council for Nayba Australia, Micro Movements, and New Thing Oceania.
