Provided 24x7 on-site and remote Application Support to PeopleSoft clients for the following modules: Financials, Order Entry, Invoicing, Distribution and Inventory, HR, Benefits, and Payroll.Provided pre-sales support and development of RFP and proposal materials for all PeopleSoft support services bids including resourcing, pricing and profitability analysis.

AG Consulting was a divisioin of ADP.Planned and implemented PeopleSoft HR, Benefits and Payroll for an employee leasing company based in Tampa, Florida. Designed a custom Client Biling module using PeopleTools. The payroll database was approximately 37,000 employees.The engagement was a $5M U.S. “Top Ten” revenue account and the implementation was completed on schedule.Planned and implemented PeopleSoft HR, Benefits with outsourced ADP Payroll system at a mid-western marine manufacturer. Coordinated the efforts of the client, Kronos, third party benefits providers, and ADP. The system was designed to bring them modern HR “best business practices” and was implemented in five months across eight manufacturing locations in North America.

Led the implementation of a PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll system, to provide distributed Human Resources functionality, employee “self-service” benefits selection, and centralized payroll for the Aerospace facilities located in Toronto and Montreal, and the Automotive division located in Stratford.Planned and implemented a Canadian Financial “Shared Services” strategy to provide centralized network and hardware services and reduce finance census by 50%. The Deltek Financial Management/Project Control system included Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Financial Reporting modules.
