During this time I have had the opportunity to lead several assigned projects, being in charge of a team of software professionals, implementing new functionalities for both web portals and mobile applications, having the following main functions:• Facilitator of all the resources necessary for the development team for the fulfillment of the plans, based on an agile methodology.• Responsible for selecting, evaluating, hiring and facilitating the incorporation of new members to the teams.• Control of delivery times, implementing coaching tasks and guidance to maintain the correct collaboration of the teams, daily follow-up through diverse group dynamics.• Technical communication between clients, management and development teams, ensuring day by day the planned objectives• Control of production cycles from analysis, development to internal and external QA.

In this cycle I continued to apply my experience in telecommunications companies, specifically in the development of corporate systems for national and regional companies, such systems focused on process management and reporting.Main functions:- Analysis, design, development and optimization of high concurrency corporate systems and high information loads through calculation and information services (Java, Spring, Maven, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Oracle Weblogic Server, Apache Server).- Implementation of automation of information migration modules identifying content sources, establishing patterns and structuring of information, definition of extraction processes, transformation and loading and updating of needs. (Java, Spring, Maven, Oracle DB PL/SQL, Oracle Weblogic Server, Apache Server).- Development and implementation of new modules for regional corporate portal related to sales portals (Java, Spring, Oracle DB, Oracle Weblogic Server, Apache Server).- Analysis, design, development and implementation of manufacturing management system and product inventory and customer management (PHP Laravel and Elocuent, Oracle DB).- Analysis, development and implementation of transport management system (.NET C,SQL Server, WebServices type Windows Communications Foundation WCF XML SOAP, IIS Server).

In the stage that I collaborated in XumaK, I had the responsibility to contribute to each of the work teams, the development of components of corporate sites for large international companies, with teamwork of multidisciplinary people as designers, layout designers, developers and control of quality.
