I am currently responsible for continuously improving our food safety and quality program to ensure we give our customers the highest quality and safest product possible. I continuously audit our facility to ensure compliance with SQF, PCO, the FDA and other federal and third party auditors. I believe in empowering my team members to achieve personal and company goals using creativity and teamwork. I believe by continuing to educate, train, and create opportunity, leaders can be developed, and push a company beyond its own expectations.
