Complete control of all deliveries, vehicles, drivers and crew. To plan trips and customer liaison, debriefing, fuel recons, management reports, cost reports, utilization reports, vehicle upkeep, cleanliness, standards and COF, checking stock, correctly implementing procedures, staff training, and deadlines. All this making sure that customers get there goods on time and in good order in the most cost effective way.

Cleanliness of shop, silverware, glasses, plates and all table settings. Orders, sending of food and beverages, table up keep, setting up and breaking down of banquets, weddings, bar mitzvahs, birthdays etc. setting up and breaking down of buffets.
