I am out going, hardworking and thrive in any environment. I believe in the old adage that people buy people and within my management career thus far i have tried to ensure that my staff and managers, as well as the various business partners I work with, buy into me as well as the processes I am implementing. I also believe that any form of selling requires a positive mental attitude and do my utmost to portray this at all times. I know that I am flexible and adaptable to change and that because of my ability to recognise peoples differences I am able to apply different skill sets to different people to suit that individual in order to try to get the best out of them. I can think on my feet and I can bring a wealth of life experience to any role. I have a natural leadership style which inspires develops and engages people to deliver excellent results.In my current role reporting directly to the MD, my role is to implement new routes to market for the business to achieve its growth targets. This includes working within strategic partnerships as well as working with our external business partners, both here in the UK and overseas, to identify and develop further business opportunities. Once these have been identified it is my job to ensure the smooth delivery of the process through identifying the training needs of the relevant staff and then implementing said training to achieve the business targets. Through constant monitoring and evaluation I am able to ensure the delivery of results whilst identifying any areas for improvement, whether this be due to the process or personnel.My knowledge has been gained working in the volunteer sector, professional sports and development as well as the commercial sector. Through my own continued professional development I constantly strive to ensure that I keep abreast of management techniques and best practices.
