I have been a business litigator in Tampa Bay since 1987, practicing in the areas of business disputes, real estate related litigation, community association litigation, and general client representation.I have helped individual business people and consumers, small and medium-sized companies, national and local financial institutions, international businesses, utility companies, and federal government agencies. I have handled bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, as well as workouts and mediated settlements, in both state and federal courts.I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar in the area of business litigation.
