My banking and finance career began in 1995 with Bank of Boston, and included various managerial roles through mergers with BayBank to BankBoston, Banknorth, First Massachusetts Bank, The Stratevest Group, TD Banknorth and ultimately, TD Bank. As a Private Client Investment Advisor since 2000, I provided high net worth and institutional clients with TD Wealth’s full suite of investment solutions, including professional portfolio management, portfolio guidance and a wide range of brokerage services in the New England market. Through a team-based, consultative approach, I worked closely with each client to identify their investment objectives and implement solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Employee #4 of the original Executive Planning Group charged with implementing this start up redevelopment project. Responsible for federal, state and local permitting, hazardous waste mitigation, and early phase planning in conjunction with external engineering and design team.

Managed the pre-development stage of the Heritage Greylock four season resort project, including planning, design, and multi-agency permitting process. Provided site planning, feasibility and environmental review services to mixed-use development projects in the Westchester County market.

Contributed to land use and site planning contracts for public and private sector projects throughout the U.S. and abroad.
