CurrentFounded in 1955, OMCO Holdings, Inc. is the leading roll former in the United States. OMCO manufactures highly engineered shapes for many applications across a wide range of industries. Components for solar panel frames and supports, truck body, truck trailers, material handling systems, conveyors and many more products OMCO has approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of facilities across the U.S. with 45 roll forming lines. OMCO is head quartered in Wickliffe, OH (suburb of Cleveland, OH) with additional facilities in Pierceton, IN; Talladega, AL and Phoenix, AZ. OMCO primarily serves the market through two key areas of focus, OMCO Solar and Contract Manufacturing.I joined the Company as President in May 2006 and then became President and CEO shortly there after. When I joined OMCO in 2006, it was a very challenging time for its legacy end markets, and I immediately formulated a new growth strategy to focus on addressing the solar market. The result of this strategy was a sales increase of 800% over the three year period from 2009 to 2012. To support this tremendous growth rate, OMCO set up a new greenfield facility in Phoenix, AZ in 2009 and acquired a new location in Talladega, AL in 2014. Since this time period, we have transitioned OMCO Solar from a solar contract manufacturer to the only domestic manufacturer of its own proprietary product line of fixed tilt and tracker solar racking systems
