• Lead and supervise the technical tasks performed by the RVM Team, providing guidance and support to team members.• Liaise with the Operations Manager-Technical and sales Division to review achievements and discuss any required changes in goals or objectives based on current conditions.• Coordinate technical tasks delegated by the Operations Manager-Technical and sales Division, ensuring seamless execution.• Organize and coordinate technical servicing, repairs, and installation processes, ensuring they meet the required standards and timelines.• Supervise sub-contracted service providers as directed by the Operations Manager-• Ensure that the RVM Team's workspace is well-organized regarding administration, stores, spares, and cleanliness.• Ensure the workspace is equipped with the latest technology and equipment and properly registered and well-maintained.• Address service breakdowns in an efficient and profitable manner, ensuring that all customer requests are serviced within the shortest possible time.• Place orders with foreign equipment manufacturers for necessary parts and spares when required to maintain inventory and availability.• Provide assistance to the RVM Team in solving specific technical problems that may arise during operations.• Assist in developing and conducting training programs for other personnel, including actual or prospective customers, as needed.• Follow ISO procedures as per company policy and ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

- Install, configure, and support electro-mechanical equipment and automation machines, particularly Note/Coin Deposit/Recycling Machines, Air Monitoring Equipment, and Queuing Systems.- Conduct preventive maintenance routines and troubleshoot all machines supplied by the company.- Ability to work in a team and good organizational skills.- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Performing routine changeovers and setups between products.- Performing major and minor interventions to maximize machine uptime.- Performing basic preventive maintenance activities according to local procedures.- Performing DRS activities as required.- Leaving adequate handover to fellow technicians and superiors.- Being responsible to maintain and promote good housekeeping.- Working in a safe manner and making sure that equipment is operating safely at all times.- Using SAP spare parts ordering system.- Using CMMS terminal for proper maintenance data input.- Using maintenance recall system (X-Site).- Working as a team.
