CurrentPast Responsibilities:Plant Manager: Managed start up and production of newly established state-of-the-art powder coat facility (Tomcor Industries).Business Integrations Manager: Manage the introduction of new business through quote, engineering, quality and production teams.Customer Service Manager: Responsibilities include meeting our customers expectations, creating attainable production schedules, build and maintain close relationships with key accounts, resolve issues from customer complaints and working with production to achieve company goals.Sales Manager: Responsible for the development and sustaining key accounts along with creating new account growth. Oversee and develop inside sales group, establish quote standards, kick off new lean initiatives, lead in driving continuous improvement activities, develop account plans for new and existing accounts while driving accountability for all sales team members.Fabrication Manager: Responsible for fabrication department including reaching schedule attainment goals, improving quality, safety, employee development, continuous improvement, department profitability, and new product introduction. Materials used: Steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
