I opened this brand new office, hired all employees, 12 Loan Officers and two Processors. I was responsible for P&L of this branch. I took the Dallas office profitable in year one. I took a lateral move to Austin TX and opened up the only Alt A paper branch in the company. I hired 8 Loan Officers and one Processor. The Branch was profitable in year one.

I was Managing 8 Loan Officers that were soliciting borrowers for purchase and refinance mortgage loans. I was responsible for the interview and hiring process of each of my employees. Reviewed files prior to Underwriting. I was responsible for the P&L of my sales team. I mentored and coached my sales staff to make the team one of the top sales teams two.

My duties were to Underwrite files from 12 different sales teams to insure that the loans met the underwriting guidelines and were sellable on the secondary market. I mentored new Underwriters as well as involved in meetings with Senior Management.
