Primary responsibilities • Supporting the purpose of CSAC as defined in the CHARTER AND BY-LAWS. • Guiding the CSAC in accomplishing its purpose and goals. • Presiding at all meetings of the full CSAC and the CSAC Steering/Executive Committee. • Providing guidance to CSAC members to ensure understanding and participation in the community planning process. • Signing letters and official documents as directed by the CSAC (including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention letter of concurrence and Health Resources Services Administration documents as necessary). • Facilitating communication between members and the community-at-large and CDPH.

My primary responsibilities are to find and raise new leaders within seven districts, to ensure that all members are cared for and to assist district leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities. I am also responsible for:Encouraging new members in their practice;Coordinating the planning of chapter activities;Maintaining direct involvement with the members byparticipating regularly in district activities; Fostering organizational growth through raising and developing leaders, especially youth;Meeting on a regular basis with district leaders, focusing on membership and leadership;Communicating and working in coordination with the region leadership to plan chapter activities;Supporting the districts in conducting member care meetings every other month and ensuring that statistics are accurate;Support study programs including district study meetings and annual study examinations;Supporting and promoting organizational activities.

Assists customers questions and concerns on all products and services offered by the Company through research and resolution using various tools and systems. Handles telephone and virtual customer contacts while working remotely from home. Coordinates with all sales channels for retention efforts on existing customer base. Sells products and services offered by the Company. Helps collect past due balances. Processes credit applications and activates service. Maintains appropriate records, prepares required reports, and updates customer accounts. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
