An Operations professional for over 35 years, with 29 years dedicated to P&C insurance. An insurance career that began as an Operations Trainee and spanned 13 years with Chubb Corporation progressing through operations supervisory, analytics, and leadership roles, as well as a tenure as an Executive Protection Underwriter. Six years of service in Healthcare Finance Operations and Administration at Mayo Clinic was followed by a return to the P&C arena serving as VP of Operations for Combined Specialty Group/Axis US Insurance (now Axis Capital), Regional Operations Executive for Fireman’s Fund and in multiple leadership roles for Arthur J Gallagher including Regional Business Process Manager, Regional COO and Director of Offshore Service Engagement. Along with the above roles, Gary has provided independent consulting services to for-profit and non-profit organizations.
