Manage the activities of seven truckers and four loaders engaged in manufacturing concrete products and delivering concrete.Coordinate scheduled deliveries with Trucking brokersCoordinate scheduled deliveries with multiple clients and contractors of concrete products.Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule. Read, prepare, collect and maintain a variety of reports related to deliveries.Review daily reports for delivery efficiencies.Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups Communicate with sales staff to ensure timely deliveries.Communicate issues that arise with customers to sales staff and Owner.Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process.Courteously interact with outside vendors and trucking companies for shipping and delivery of products as required.
