I recently finished up my work with Deloitte developing systems training job aids and on-demand training videos for the business monitoring area of the Department of Labor. I worked on an Organizational Change Management project for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We developed 508 compliant System Training material for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. The training material focuses on the updates and enhancements implemented in October 2023. We conducted webinars for the staff to help them understand the updates and enhancements they will use in the system.I also helped Deloitte develop and deliver Systems Training for their Jobseeker Assistance system known as CWDS. We recently delivered vILT training to the current staff. This training will then be used for new hire systems training and onboarding.I also previously helped Deloitte with outreach training material for the Pennsylvania government. The main focus is the second phase of a 2-part outreach plan for the Department of Labor and Industry’s PA CareerLink® job centers. We are developing job seeker outreach material to reach job seekers via locations they frequented most often, as well as employers and business partners for the commonwealth and community partners and non-profit organizations. The material consists of flyers, brochures, PowerPoints to reach the job seekers, a how-to guide for the office staff to help with the outreach efforts, a job aid to help employers register with PA CareerLink®, as well as a few other helpful items for the office staff to conduct outreach more efficiently.

I worked with GDIT and the Navy to implement new web based training for the Sailor 2025 program. We are using a web based software, Composica, to develop learning modules and simulations for the various areas in the program.

I conducted preparation classes for the required College/University Entrance Exams (GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, SAT, etc.) the students have to take before they are accepted into the university of their choice. I also taught Intermediate to Advanced Adult English Classes, general English, and business English as well as conversational English.

I conducted training classes for the professors. I taught the professors how to use two Adobe products; Connect and Presenter. I helped with technical problems the professors may have while using these products. I was also in charge of contacting Adobe support for any technical difficulty issues we had with the software. I also helped with the high stakes testing software, Examsoft, the university uses as well as the Turning Technologies TurningPoint software.

I conducted Training classes for the professors. I taught the professors how to create and use online courses. I also taught them how to use Dreamweaver to create their professional faculty websites. I also helped with technical problems the professors may have had in the online courses or with certain technology. I was part of a team that sponsored and coordinated an annual event, Summer Institute, for the professors. I was responsible for all technology the professors needed to help them with the creation of their online courses.
