I began my working life as an engineer, but soon changed tack and undertook a 30 years Police career in the West Midlands Police specialising in Traffic Management, Crime Reduction, Safeguarding Investigation, Surveillance, and International Travel.Following a commitment to devote palliative care, I nurtured an idea and opportunity which led to the forming of JAG Productions. This company secured the performance rights of the hit BBC TV classic comedy Open All Hours. We co-wrote the stage adaptation, which then toured the UK where I played the lead role of Albert Arkwright, loving created originally by Ronnie Barker.I have now undertaken the exciting challenge as the Regional Business Development Manager at Thornbury Collection Ltd, where we aim to offer all our clients a great experience helping with credit checking, credit control facility, trace reports, factoring, confidential invoice discounting, asset finance, global debt recovery and litigation for debt recovery.As a Host Family member for Aston Villa FC, our home is shared with two Academy professional footballers who we support on a day to day basis while they are away from their home.
