I am so passionate these days about helping that people find or re-discover their purpose and excitement about life. Some of that happens when they finally overcome a personal "mountain" they've been facing, a process I've been writing, coaching and speaking about. Often those challenges are actually impeding productivity and effectiveness. More recently, however, I've seen the importance of people understanding what a difference they can make (and do make unaware of it) by their impact on just one person.This is most evident and has the greatest future potential for those in the people-helping (education, medical, ministry and mental health) worlds. My latest book is about exactly that called "Finding Dominoes: Changing Your World One Encounter At A Time." So I am looking forward to and have been getting professional coaching with people who know how to get connected in the larger speaking and coaching world. I'm making 2024 and 2025 a high attention and capacity timeframe to speak to as many kinds of groups about how they too can restore their passion but also overcome the challenges to do so.
