During my time with Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR), I spearheaded various initiatives. I supervised projects, including the repair of roofs and the gradual replacement of outdated light fixtures with energy-efficient LED alternatives. Additionally, I oversaw tasks related to managing power outages and isolating gas supplies whilst also addressing water and sewage leaks. Moreover, I revamped the cleaning contract to provide more extensive and efficient coverage across our factory facilities.I received the Employee of the Month award for improving site water treatment, including managing legionella and cooling towers, and servicing air compressors, leading to significant cost savings. Furthermore, I upgraded heating and hot water systems, replaced leaky steel pipes with plastic on the ground floor, and installed new control panels and shunt pumps. Lastly, I successfully executed projects such as removing old cooling towers, overhauling air conditioning systems, establishing an F-Gas register, and replacing/repairing high-level heating systems in both factories.

In my role as an estate manager, I was responsible for supervising asset management within the police estate. I conducted an evaluation of the estate management strategy and appraised the condition of building assets to facilitate the annual planning of both revenue and capital expenditure. Additionally, I provided guidance to HCC clients on matters related to property and construction.I successfully established an in-house preventative maintenance team whilst also managing external contractors. Along with this, I also directed every stage of capital and minor projects, starting from their initial concept and progressing to client sign-off. Additionally, I significantly improved asset management productivity by conducting thorough reviews of condition surveys, aligning them with the Estate Management Change Program Strategy.
