I have a decade of experience across different franchises within the Lidon group. I studied at night and achieved an Honors degree in business management. Through years of on the job training and experience I have gained knowledge that allows me to make recommendations to help improve our processes and become more efficient. I help maintain our Head office system and through this I can provide different store managers reports that allow them to make decisions on how best to maximize profits and margins by following trends visible on a weekly basis. I am also responsible for ensuring supplier invoices are logged, accounts reconciled and payments are made within our credit terms.
