As a Director , I help create the vision for the company's direction no matter where that may take us. I lead a great team so they can become the best they can be & I support our suppliers, our clients & our team members to ensure we develop & grow together.We never sit still and are always wanting to implement that new product, improve our processes, get more through put, expose our employees to new challenges that make them grow and ensure our clients are always getting the latest and best quality products. I am a leader with compassion that likes to be challenged. My integrity, reputation and approach to the industry is recognised and respected.

Initially a one man show that I turned into a 20 plus business with great results. This was my baby and with fine tuning and growth, I am proud of where I was able to take the business. We supplied high end customised joinery to the clients of Toorak, Brighton and Caulfield. Recommendations, quality & integrity was the key to our success.We also had solid relationships with many architects, designers and builders that entrusted I saw their vision in design and ensured the joinery that Timbaline created was aligned.One of my achievements was winning the Electrolux contract to supply new kitchen cooking displays to all their stores which was rolled out successfully to several states plus designing and manufacturing their new showroom in Melbourne. My decision to sell the business was purely to tap into an opportunity to take the cabinetmaking industry to a new level, I really had no choice, I had the passion & vision to succeed.
