Account Specialist - Inside Sales
Current• Key account representative for several key accounts supporting a $2 billon dollar business unit • Involved in continuous improvement projects • Assist with quality, productivity and delivery efficiency improvements• Knowledgeable in reporting aspects, communications terminology, technology and organizational procedures with all areas in the customer service and ISS team supports• Worked with multiple account managers and territory managers to execute strategic plans based on corporate direction and customer needs• Track and maintain inventory levels and reports• Train ISRs on sales strategies, customer service initiatives and products• Contribute to the development of new business and increased orders from existing customers• Drive quotes for business opportunities and relay pricing to customers
