Purchase and maintain inventory required for maintaining 1,091 military family housing units. Monitor established budget and issue purchase orders to maintenance team as needed. Delegate requirements to C.O.M. (Change of Occupancy Maintenance) technicians. Initiate new, research in-progress, and close-out completed work orders for COM Team. Coordinate sub-contractors for regular service and emergencies. Inspect units before and after change of occupancy: assess damages, budget recommended work and request release for new work orders based on inspection findings. Initialize and maintain key control system. Perform “make - ready” and “call-in” maintenance on housing units as needed. Demonstrate a positive attitude toward goal completion and foster teamwork. Strive to help the company meet or exceed goals and complete tasks on time.
