The reworks department was established in 1996. The roles of the Reworks Dept. was to correct any discrepancies , e.g. incorrect barcodes or swing tickets, remove mould from shoes, repacking, incorrect commerce labels, etc. It was also a value added area to re-ticket products for resale. All costs were recovered from the business
