Upon achievement of the company's highest profitability in 2010 moved to a strategic development position creating a post-acute strategy for Encore including partnerships in newly-formed ACOs, operating partnerships with major healthcare systems including their acute care facilities and physician groups as well as innovative business models consistent with changing healthcare reform.
