Instructor for the U.S. Army Officer’s Electronic Warfare Qualification Course (Colonels-Captains.) I taught the targeting process for Electronic Warfare and how to integrate Electronic Attack into plans, orders and operations as a form of fires. I also taught coordinating processes between the Electronic Warfare Officer with the rest of the staff as it applies to Joint through Battalion level operations. Became a subject matter expert on capabilities and operation of Electronic Warfare CREW systems (Duke V3, Guardian, Thor, and CVRJ.) I also taught TTPs on how to Coordinate/Deconflict operations with Intelligence functions and command and control processes when conducting operations across the electromagnetic spectrum.

Senior Instructor for the Joint Operational Fires and Effects Course. Trains and educates personnel from all services, ABCA countries, and other government agencies on the skills and processesnecessary to apply and integrate joint lethal and non-lethal fires and effects. Each gains a baseline knowledge of joint andservice fires capabilities, platforms, operational environment, doctrine, the joint targeting process and how the joint fires and effectssystem works.

Recruiting Operations Officer at a partnership university with an enrollment of over 70 cadets. Responsible for recruitment, enrollment and scholarship operations for the Battalion in order to produce quality future officers of the U.S. Army. Performs other duties as required to support the Battalion and the Cadet Command Mission.

Provided training needs analysis for the Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Presidential Guard. Analysis includes the results of numerous visits with the Brigade and Battalion Staffs to determine current training capabilities and required training needs for future operations. Provided a complete recommended Mission Essential Task List supported by collective tasks and cross walked with individual supporting tasks. Provided input to the Brigade’s yearly training guidance and helped coordinate specific training events developed to improve perceived training shortfalls.

As Program Manager, provided oversight and coordination of the delivery, efficient implementation and management of an Intelligence Capacity Building Contract responsible for multiple locations, Task Orders, doctrinal streams, and end users. Supervised all in-country program administrative, logistical, and operational functions, providing management, direction and guidance to all elements of the program. Lead multiple program management teams consisting of 200 personnel who were responsible for the cohesive delivery of training support. Oversaw the operational efficiency, security, and administration of contracts and projects valued in excess of $220 million within the Legacy program in Afghanistan. Acted as the principal focal point for senior level interface with strategic level military representatives. Tracked program expenditure to ensure compliance with US Government rules and procedures.

Deputy Program Manager and Security Officer for training and mentoring embedded Intelligence professionalization teams operating in Iraq. Developed and implemented Metrics which supported U.S. Government goals and objectives. Established a HUMINT collection and reporting system which greatly improved reporting for Multi-National Division North. I nurtured key relationships across four provinces in Northern Iraq and Baghdad. Responsible for the Security of 60 teams (over 120 personnel) operating in 4 different Provinces in Iraq. I implemented Risk Assessment procedures and standard operating procedures to ensure safety of personnel and information. I developed security briefings for all new incoming teams. Devised policies and procedures to ensure all training locations where reassessed on a periodic basis.

I managed formal and informal training programs in the area of electronic warfare planning and execution for the Army Operational Electronic Warfare Course and the EW Officer Qualification Course. I assisted in electronic warfare program of instruction development as a subject matter expert in applying non-lethal electronic fires. Prepared and submitted training reports and requests. Reviewed electronic warfare and fire support publications for accuracy/applicability in accordance with procedures in place for combat operations. I provided advice and assistance to other contract organizations in matters pertaining to electronic warfare support.

Commanded a Field Artillery Training Support Battalion. Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing live fire and maneuver lanes training for assigned National Guard battalions and brigades in a nine state area. Provided mobilization assistance to train selected Reserve component units in their wartime mission. Provided Observer Controller/Trainers trained and ready for rapid deployment and capable of providing expert training support to collective level combined arms training. Specialized in preparing Brigade Combat Teams for deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for preparing deploying units in the areas of Short Range Marksmanship, Close Quarters Combat and Military Operations in Urban Terrain training from squad through company level.

Commanded a Battalion of Officers and NCOs serving as Special Police Transition Teams for the Iraqi Security Forces. Coached, taught and mentored leadership for the Iraqi Special Police Commando BDE (HQ, 3 BNs). Advised the Iraqi Special Police leadership in all Battlefield Operating Systems during training, preparation for combat, and during combat operations. Provided the Iraqi Special Police Forces with full access to Coalition effects (primarily intelligence, maneuver, fires and logistical support) during named operations and time sensitive High Value Targets. Routinely coordinated CAS and/or Apache support in support of Bde level operations.
