My activities include dealing with all aspects of on-site liaison with sub-contractors, from inductions, Method statements, risk assessments and continuous H+S monitoring through to planning works and ensuring compliance with design and specification.I constantly strive to understand not only the design but also the methods employed to deliver on that by ensuring close communication and maintaining good working relationships with my immediate team and with the subcontractors working on site.Projects have inluded new build, refurbishment, commercial and MOD.

My role was primarily to supliment the work being carried out by subcontractors on site and to attend to any defects pre- and post-completion. This required the ability not only to work alone but also to be able to solve problems in a wide range of situations and to be able to communicate directly with staff, owners and residents.
