Works with the Property Manager and the Board of Directors for a homeowner association managing the finaoncial aspects for the Association. This would include delinquencies, budgeting, and reporting the financial health of the Association to the Board and membership

Manages fleet of 30 loaner cars. Ensures cars are clean and presentable. Ensures transactions meet CTA program guidelines for usage and miles.Responsible for submitting claims to manufacturer for payment. Overesees large accounts receivaqble account.Ensures compliance with GM policies & procedures, Performs audits as necessary.

Responsible for managing the inventory from intake to sale or wholesale disposition. Coordinates vehicle preparation and inspects vehicles to ensure adherence to company standards. Merchandises by arranging the inventory on the lot in an attractive manner. Ensures all vehicles are sale ready at all times. Coordinates transport to various auctions.
