My first experience of work was an apprentice joiner within a UK based bedroom fitting company..within 18 months I became the No1 fitter in the company with an abundance of superb reviews from delighted customers. opportunities then arose to start surveying properties and thus designing units to integrate perfectly into the assigned area, which gave me great satisfaction and also a desire to please.After 19 exciting years we as a family made a decision to relocate to hull thus ending my service.In 2012 I was taken on at JH fenners as a machine operator. The position consisted of a number of roles which I then expanded over the years by training in numerous departments.This gave me a great idea of how the product worked and a better understanding of the business as a whole.Within this period I also took on the role as a health & safety rep which enabled myself to gain numerous qualifications which I feel has had a positive effect within the environment I work.In September 2021 I applied and succeeded to become the quality control technician. The role was something different but something I have thrived in, having the opportunity to change and improve duties that were slightly outdated making the job more professional as well as more efficient as a whole.The job involves duties including testing products on multiple pieces of equipment, data input and analysis, research , calibration testing as well as multiple other duties.Also playing a part in development of the product has been an exciting new role I have embraced.
