Project : The 3Ts (Trauma, Teaching & Tertiary Care) Programme at BSUH, replacing 10 key buildings on the Royal Sussex County Site, with state of the art acute hospital premises. Reporting to the Programme Director, the role includes management of the Procure 21 Programme, contract and design processes, liaison with clinical and non clinical stakeholders, site logistics and site management, presentations, chairing and secretarial duties for key programme meetings plus earlier responsibilities to the decant and decommissioning programme.The Programme is running in 3 Stages, with the first stage due early in 2022.

Project : The 100-bed Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton. Managing the Project’s Equipping budget (GBP6 million), Construction, Contract Adherence, User and Contractor liaison, Art Commissions, Charity funding, Design agreements, Operational Policies, Service introductions, change management, commissioning and disposal of the original site. This unique Hospital opened in June 2007, just two months later than planned, but to budget.Reporting to the Project Director, the role included managing the complex delivery programme, liaison with all levels of Hospital and Clinical staff and Management, control of and liaison with the equipping agent (Scottish Healthcare), presentations, media liaison, events and budgetary control.
