• Working from home supported several work groups and their documentation needs for several different projects.• Reviewed business requirements, use cases, user interface (UI) specifications, and design sketches to understand product objectives, features, limitations, and detailed functionality.• Served as peer review editor to apply minimalism techniques to drastically reduce the bulk of legacy documentation, resulting in easier to read documentation.• Worked continuously along with regular duties on a massive transformation project taking legacy content from a FrameMaker and Word source to a DITA-based source.• Reviewed and gathered feedback from customers to improve documentation.• Worked with development team as customer advocate for all software releases to improve user experience and product consistency. Updated screen content and user error messages to meet this goal.• Participated in project-related meetings for UI design, bug fixes, tracking, and production rollout.
