Current*Work with District’s Chief and Medical Director to create and update protocols for daily operations of medical and trauma calls. *Oversight and management of the District’s Continuing Education and Quality Assurance program. *Oversight and management of the District’s Continuing Education *Maintain the District's Quality Assurance Program. *Create benchmarks for QIQA implementation.*Responsible for all training to maintain crew licensure; directly oversee three crew trainers to sustain a strict adherence to State guidelines regarding CEUs and relicensure.*Responsible for maintaining all 42 full time employee licenses. Coordinate outside agencies to train with multiple agencies to improve community response to trauma and medical emergencies. *Manage the in-service training classes to remain current in knowledge of codes, laws, ordinances, and training entity’s accreditation process required by Bureau of EMS for Missouri.*Liaison to interdepartmental education and oversight
