• Coach, teach, & develop small team of internal consultants supporting the Andersen enterprise as Lean IE experts. Duties include designing Lean processes, teaching continuous improvement/problem solving, and trouble-shooting manufacturing opportunities.• Foster a collaborative relationship with Operations by providing a teaching environment around Lean practices and efficient manufacturing methods with their teams.• Coach, lead, train, and provide feedback to Industrial Engineering team. Promote the growth and development of everyone by building and sustaining the educational/training model for career development.• Hire, develop, and lead internal staff teaching Industrial Engineering techniques to assure efficient development and to increase our manufacturing efficiency.• Champion & lead the continual evolution of the Process System Design (PSD) tool and lead the migration of the PSD tool to the enterprise. Coach and ensure that a standard and rigorous system is followed in developing and improving lean manufacturing processes.

Experienced in manufacturing, problem solving, and leading change.• Foster the development of engineers with the core skills to deploy to commercialization engineering roles, plant engineering groups, or serve as Industrial Engineering resources within the commercialization group.• Coach, train, & provide Industrial Engineering knowledge and skills to the Advanced Manufacturing Team in support of the effective commercialization of new products and manufacturing processes throughout the Andersen enterprise.• Developed internal training program to build the Andersen enterprise skills at utilizing Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing and PSD process• Strong reputation throughout the Andersen enterprise for being able to quickly assess the current state and teach how to attack problems.• Lead Operational Excellence in Wood Wright with a 20% increase in efficiency levels while driving our cost per unit down 18%• Identified cool-down impact and teamed with RD&I on our Precision Corner Joining system and drove savings of 500k per year across our entire 100 series business.• Lead initial process work for the 100s expansion to design the systems and processes that will go in our new plant.
