Started a new LHM role for SA Brain, July 2015 My previous roles included businesses with £1,000,000+ turnover a year. I am accustomed to working to tight budgets and stock control. Have been responsible for 30+ members of staff, developed strong, customer focused management and staff teams. I have been responsible for the opening of a major capex investment site of approx. £400k, which involved the recruiting of a new team, overseeing the implementation of staff training, organising pre-opening events and the launch of a successful rebranded business.I have been responsible for training staff to varying levels of management. Some of whom went on to become managers of their own sites and others whom became company staff trainers.
