Part of the senior project team on the transition of NHS practices in the West of Scotland from analogue to Voice over Internet Protocol. Led a team of engineers during this period on the successful transition of the project within scope, time frame and budget- Part of the senior migration team on the full network transition throughout the west of Scotland- The program involved the upgrading of 6,000 plus of telephony equipment from an analogue based system with ADSL to an Avaya IP system with SIP trunks- Led a team of 10 engineers on this upgrade which including upgrading all site equipment including installation of load balancing switches,data and voice bandwidth segregation,hardware, firewall management, software upgrades and network design- Managed the allocated budget set for the project which was delivered on time and below projected financial scope in turn delivering lower line rental for the NHS over a sustained period- Utilized agile methodologies in reporting progress to group program manager for the planning and delivery of this project

Responsible for delivering and planning of key projects during this period in which FutureTel became the biggest reseller of Mitel Telecommunication systems in Scotland. High retention of retained clients along with the building of new key customer accounts- Delivered all data and voice migration projects and led a team of engineers on network design, software patch management,data and voice installation for our 150 plus client base- Undertook full inventory of projects including meeting all SLAs, procedures, vendor management, unified communication solutions on large scale projects throughout the UK- Launched new products including SaaS software which seen an upturn in gross profit for the business and maintaining strong growth- Led infrastructure of all WLAN, LAN projects including installations of over 200 Telephony devices, switch and router management- Managed all virtualization projects including upgrading to the latest SaaS services- Delivered large scale migration projects from full network integrations including renowned venues including Dunvegan Castle
