For over five years, I was a part of the Regulatory Affairs team at Synthon, a global pharmaceutical company specializing in generic and innovative medicines. I led the development and submission of multiple applications for small molecule products, ensuring compliance with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and guidelines.I leveraged my previous experience as a CMC Technical Operations Manager and a QC Analytical Sciences Senior Specialist to oversee the appropriate development strategies were employed for successful submissions. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams and external partners to facilitate change controls, risk management, and post-approval activities for the regulatory affairs department.
