Lake was installed onto the site and development of groundworks undertaken.• 3A Bacon Road Project (purchased land in 2014) Land purchased for £65,000.00 and obtained planning permission for a three-bedroom modern detached dwelling. • Ann-Beaumont Way, Hadleigh, Suffolk Development (Land purchased by Orchid Properties in 2011) Planning was applied and granted for two large dwellings and built by Sturgeon Builders Ltd. Properties were sold in 2013 for approximately £550,000.00 each.• Old Norwich Road, Barham Development (Land Purchased by Orchid Properties Ltd in 2010) Whilst in partnership with Orchid Properties Ltd a site was purchased by Orchid Properties Ltd for ten dwellings, these dwellings were built by Sturgeon Builders Ltd and completed approximately two years after land acquired. • Phillipps Road Project (Main Residence of Gary D Sturgeon of Sturgeon Builders in 2008) Managed to obtain planning permission on a one-bedroom property and build separate dwelling in the grounds of the property. Sold property in 2009 for £130,000.00.
