Gary is a Clinical Counselor/Registered Social Worker. He obtained his Master of Social Work from University of British Columbia. Throughout his career, Gary works extensively with youths and their family to rebuild relationships. Gary specialize in working with clients with depression, anxiety, substance misuse, gender identity and sexual orientation concerns, behavioral issues, family conflicts, complex trauma, and other mental health disorders.Gary supports clients to explore their strengths, relationships, emotions, and spiritual journey. Gary believes in each person's capacity to heal, grow, work towards goals, and finding meanings and purpose in life.Gary's therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative. Driven by neuroscience and evidence-based practice, Gary focuses on relationships, love, emotions, and compassion to support his clients as they navigate their way through transitions and recalibrate their goals and sense of self.
