My Civil Engineering Consultant Job with TSMC was officially ended on 12/31/2023. I really enjoyed working on this challenging and rewarding F21 construction in Phoenix, Arizona. I apricated all the support and cooperation that I received last 2.5 years and experienced with ADOT, State Land Department and City of Phoenix management and their staff. Special thanks to those working on this project from TSMC local-hired staff, TSMC Taiwan Assignees, Staff from TSMC Supply Chain, CMA staff, managers/workers from general contractors/their subcontractors, and engineers/staff from design consultant firms from Taiwan and in US! I knew that this project is in good hands and will achieve its set goals and accomplishments. Great that I was a part of this important and exciting F21 Project.

I am a senior project manager, a certified floodplain manager, and leads the drainage group in PB’s Tempe office. My duties include manage and pursuit transportation and drainage projects, and provide guidances and technical support of drainage designs and studies. I manage project scope, budget and schedule for ADOT as well as lead the multi-disciple design staff consists of various State Design Groups, on-call consultants, and PB internal design sections. I managed and am managing over 17 bridge rehabilitation/replacement projects since 2008, performed bridge hydraulics, and provided drainage design. In addition, I managed and performed H&H analyses for ADMP, FDS and drainage improvements projects for FCDMC, MCDOT and YCFCD.

I was a full-time project manager and also lead the drainage group in Baker's Phoenix office. My duties included manage and pursuit transportation and drainage projects. I managed and lead the multi-disciple design staff consists of Baker internal design sections and subconsultants. I provided guidance and technical support for drainage projects.
