We used steel plates and constructed a shell around the deteriorated concrete at a cost of $500K vs. $2.3 M .Xerox, I investigated the removal of a BUR (built up tar roof) with a polyurethane sprayed roof over the top of it and replaced it with a Firestone TPO roofing material, 402,000 sq. ft.Kodak Cooling Towers, I came up with an alternative installation for the sprinkler system, typical systems are inside the tower, the new system has a header outside the tower with FM approved side wall sprayers. This system can be maintained from the exterior and is not subjected to the chemically treated water.KCI Engineering, I was the CM for the installation of a new environmental incinerator and all of the ancillary equipment which burned styrene off gasses from a Premix plastic molding plant in Ashtabula, Ohio.KCI Engineering, I was the Project Inspector for the town of Elizabethtown PA, for the installation of a new water treatment plant.Kodak, I was the responsible person for setting up a procedure for underground stake-out and updating the underground print system.Kodak, I was the Kodak Representative and CM for the closing of a coal pile with the DEC.Kodak, Responsible for the repairs on over 27 cooling towers.Kodak, worked in the A&ES Mechanical Design Group, CAD.
