• Responsible for providing technical proficiency in maximising production up time of all production equipment• Work within a team to provide fault finding and performance diagnostics, with professional focus combined with technical advice and support.• Undertake electro-mechanical analysis of maintenance requirements, complete quality audits, and advise on findings.• Assist in the development of safe working practices and continuous improvement in product quality.• Assist with trials and development of new products and working practices in accordance with needs of the business.• Liaises with team managers, Print teams and all members of production operational staff to co-ordinate effort and maximise effectiveness of production equipment and or associated equipment • Ensure ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 quality standards are achieved and continually reviewed for improvement opportunities in all aspects of press control.
