A Vietnam based F&B start up. Brought the company from conceptualization to commercialization in 9 months. Led a local team to operationalize the central kitchen, launch 2 retail outlets, drive business development, marketing, food quality, manpower management, and supplier management.

Started as an applications engineer working on agile projects before assisting with system solutioning and application architecture design for multi-tenanted cloud-based SaaS products. For some projects, I also played the role of a Product Manager, working with the product owner and scrum team to drive product development using lean methodologies and agile delivery.Products successfully delivered include:- A cloud-based (Azure) video learning platform, that can be white-labelled by training providers to deliver their courses to an international audience.
